Tutti Frutti Pudding

- 8 oz. can fruit cocktail ( drained ) shopping list
- 1/4 cup fruit cocktail syrup shopping list
- 1/2 cup sifted all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Grease & flour bottom of 8 inch square pan.
- Drain fruit cocktail; reserve 1/4 cup syrup
- Sift flour with sugar, soda and salt
- Beat egg in mixing bowl until thick and lemon colored
- Add thoroughly drained fruit and syrup, stir in dry ingredients, mix until well combined.
- Spoon batter into pan.
- Combine brown sugar and pecans; sprinkle over batter
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes
- Serve warm or cold with cream or ice cream
