Ingredients

How to make it

  • Steep tea in 4 cups boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • Add sugar, lemonade and limeade; stir until dissolved.
  • Add remaining 10 cups of water.
  • Still well and chill.
  • Makes 1 gallon of tea.
  • To keep ice from diluting the tea, I use the tea mixture to make ice cubes..
  • You can add a lemon slice or lime slice in each cube before freezing for a festive look.

    They serve something called Arnold Palmers around here - part lemonade, part ice tea...I've never had one but heard about how good it is. Now I can try your recipe - sounds perfect for the hot weather coming our way!
