How to make it

  • Cook and debone chicken.
  • Cook noodles or pasta in chicken broth, saving one cup.
  • In butter saute the veggies until tender.
  • Add to the sauted veggies the cheese, soup, rotel and pimentoes.
  • Drain noodles of all but 1 cup of broth.
  • Mix all together and pour into large baking dish.
  • Cover and bake for 35 or 40 minutes or until bubbly at 350 degrees.
  • This makes a very large dish.
