Kielbasa Meatloaf

- MEAT shopping list
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 lb. smoked kielbasa (I used Hillshire Farm) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- 3 teaspoons onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon coursely ground pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt shopping list
- 1egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce Mixture (see below) shopping list
- Just enough plain bread crumbs to hold meatloaf together or crushed crackers crumbs will work too shopping list

- 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon A-1 Steak Sauce shopping list
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon coursely ground pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt shopping list
How to make it
- Put cut up kielbasa in a food processor and process it until it is ground up enough to resemble ground beef.
- Combine ground up kielbasa and beef in large bowl, add in seasonings, 1 egg and 1/2 cup tomato sauce mixture.
- Mix with hands until well combined. Add in just enough bread crumbs til meat holds shape well.
- Place meat into lightly greased baking pan and form into loaf. Pour 1 to 1-1/2 cups of tomato sauce mixture on top, spreading over loaf.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Remove loaf from oven, slit top of loaf down center with a steak knife. Pour remaining tomato sauce mixture over top and bake an additional 20 minutes or until completely cooked through.
- Serve with garlic mashed potatoes, corn and rolls. =)
