This is a perfect way to use up some of those fresh strawberries. A great dessert to cool off with in the heat of summer and to cure that sweet tooth issue we all have sometimes. Fix, Dig in and enjoy!!

Ingredients
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, divided
  • 1 can (14 oz.) eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 10 chocolate sandwich cookies, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions
  1. Line 8x4 inch loaf pan with foil.
  2. Mash 2 cups of strawberries in large bowl.
  3. Stir in milk, juice and 2 cups of the whipped topping;
  4. Pour into pan
  5. Combine chopped cookies and butter;
  6. Press into mixture to create the topping.
  7. Cover
  8. Freeze at least 6 hours.
  9. To serve, invert onto plate.
  10. Remove foil.
  11. Frost with remaining whipped topping.
  12. Top with remaining strawberries, sliced.
