This recipe comes from Philidelphia Cream Cheese Cookbook. The picture comes from Kraft foods.com Mine seem to ooze more than the picture. They are addictive. This recipe makes 4 dozen.

Ingredients
  • 1 package (8 oz) Cream Cheese softened
  • 8 slices bacon, fried until crisp and than crumbled
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan Reggiano
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 TBSP milk
  • Garlic powder (optional) I added this to recipe because we love garlic!
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) crescent dinner rolls

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, bacon crumbles, Parmesan cheese, onions, garlic powder, (if used) and milk until blended.
  3. Separate dough into 8 rectangles; firmly press perforations together to seal. Spread each rectangle with 2 rounded TBSP of the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Cut each rectangle in half diagonally; repeat with opposite corners. Cut in half crosswise to form 6 triangles. Roll up triangles, starting at short ends. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
