Monster Bars

Monster cookies are great, but they take forever to make! With these bars you get all the tastiness of the cookies, but in a simple and easy bar form. I do suggest using a stand mixer when making these, otherwise your arm will get a really good work-out.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter shopping list
- 1 c. white sugar shopping list
- 1 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. peanut butter shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 4 1/2 c. oatmeal shopping list
- 2 c. chocolate chips shopping list
- 2 c. M & M’s shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Cream the butter and sugars together.
- Add eggs and peanut butter and mix.
- Stir in vanilla, baking soda and oatmeal.
- Stir in chocolate chips and M & M’s.
- Put in an ungreased jellyroll pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Do not over bake.
