Lobster, Can't wait to try this is it similar to a cobbler?

This sounds so good and easy! I agree with Prell...its like a quick cobbler!Yum is right!

Hi Prell and Lillian, It is kinda like but not...the topping is sweet and crunchy rather than crumbly and soft..does that make sense??

Hey Lobster! We call this a fruit crumble in the UK. A cobbler to use is fruit topped with sweet pastry like biscuits or a savory stew topped with herb pastry like biscuits. I love all these differences!

Excellent recipe, Lobster- high fiver! Sounds healthy, too :+D

I just finished having this with a cup of coffee and let me tell you, it was perfect! Wow, what a nice crunch! I made it exactly as written except I doubled the cinnamon. So easy and so good! It really satisfied my apple craving(which I've been having alot lately)...I used 1 granny smith and 2 macintosh, which fit nicely into my 7"x7" baking dish. I will be making this alot. I hope you like my photo!:)

This looks super. Must try soon.
