Jalapeno Pecan Pimiento Cheese Spread Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound mild cheddar cheese, grated

1 4 ounce jar pimientos, undrained

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons minced jalapenos (in jar) OR to taste

Freshly ground black pepper

MAY ADD MORE MAYONNAISE IF NEEDED

Directions

Coarsely chop pimientos, if not already chopped, reserving juice

In a medium size bowl, place the cheese

In another bowl, combine the pimientos, reserved juice, jalapenos and mayonnaise

Toss with the cheese until thoroughly combined

Stir in the pecans, and season to taste with pepper
