Crab Spaghetti Recipe

This is a wonderful crab recipe we grew up on. Very yummy!!! Can freeze also.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Half & Half
- 1 pound Velveeta
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 pound or more sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- pepper
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 pound lump crabmeat
Directions
- Combine cream, cheese and 1 stick of butter in medium pan over low heat. Stir occasionally.
- Melt other stick of butter in frying pan and add sliced mushrooms. Saute over low heat covered, about 10 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti in salted water , drain and return to pot. Add cheese mixture, mushrooms, onions and pimento. Mix well and fold in crabmeat.
- Place in 1 large or 2 small casserole dishes.
- Bake at 300 for 30 minutes.
