This is a wonderful crab recipe we grew up on. Very yummy!!! Can freeze also.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • 1 pound Velveeta
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 pound or more sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • pepper
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 pound lump crabmeat

Directions
  1. Combine cream, cheese and 1 stick of butter in medium pan over low heat. Stir occasionally.
  2. Melt other stick of butter in frying pan and add sliced mushrooms. Saute over low heat covered, about 10 minutes.
  3. Cook spaghetti in salted water , drain and return to pot. Add cheese mixture, mushrooms, onions and pimento. Mix well and fold in crabmeat.
  4. Place in 1 large or 2 small casserole dishes.
  5. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes.
