How to make it

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and 1/8 cup of the sugar; press onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  • Beat neufchatel cheese and remaining sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer until well blended. Add dry gelatin mix; mix well. Stir in mandarin oranges and whipped topping. Spoon over crust; cover.
  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set and firm. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

    I also tried this recipe with lemon gelatin and canned tropical fruit and that was really good as well!!
