Keni, this sounds fantastic! I've developed a taste for avocados in the last few years and would love to try this. Wonder how it would hold up in a picnic if the bowl was put in some ice? Have a reunion to go to in a couple weeks and I'm looking for something different to take.

What tastes best to serve with this dip? Crackers?

Hey babs....I actually am fan of toasted party ryes, sourdoughs, or bread rounds(see my BLT dip pic)...I drizzle a touch of olive oil and toast them in the oven. I don't know why, but I like this best. HOWEVER...if I were to take it to a gathering, I'd suggest wheat crackers or those "melba toasts" you can buy. Let me know if you try it! :)

I could eat this for dinner! It looks soooo good. Saved and will be printed later. (when I get off my son's damn laptop!) LOL

I've never tried avocados with seafood. But the taste combination does sound good. Will have to bookmark this one for trying.

You'd be able to use real fresh crab in it, too, Rott...of which, I'm envious. :)
