Grilled Summer Veggies Recipe

Ingredients

2 zucchini

2 yellow squash

1/2 onion

10-15 white button mushrooms

2 cloves garlic

4 tablespoon olive oil salt and pepper to taste

Directions

slice all veggies as you wish

finley chop garlic

add all ingredients into a bowl and let marinate for 1 hour

wrap in aluminum foil and grill for twenty minutes or until veggies are tender.

J, this is so good. I had something like this recently, but we also tossed a little feta cheese in one time, and another time use a goat cheese. Melted nicely and gave it a little extra flavor.
