My Moms No-roll Pie Crust Recipe

	Silentc / All my dishes 1 year, 4 months ago My mom can't make rolled pie crust, so this is what she always uses. It's really good with rhubarb pie. Makes enough for one pie crust and crumble for the top. Cook time varies with the pie. Prep:10m Cook:45m Servings:1	Silentc

Ingredients

2 cups flour

2 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

2/3 cup vegetable oil

4 Tbsp milk

Directions

Mix together flour, sugar, salt.

Make a well in the centre

Mix together oil & milk, pour into hole and stir with a fork.

Pat into pan, saving some crumble to put on top of the pie.
