Simple Marinated Grilled Chicken Breasts Recipe

Ingredients

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Marinade (amounts approximate, I just pour or shake in to taste):

1/2 cup soy sauce (I use light)

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup Marsala cooking wine (or use whatever wine you have)

1 Tbls. minced garlic

2 Tbls. Italian seasoning

1 Tbls. lemon juice

1/4 cup olive oil

Salt and pepper

Directions

Mix marinade ingredients into glass dish

Add chicken breasts

Marinate for at least 1 hour or more in fridge

Take out of fridge and let get room temp at least 1/2 hour before grilling

Remove chicken from marinade

Grill over med heat, approximately 10 minutes on each side depending on how thick they are

Check for doneness prior to time (don't let overcook)

Soooo delicious!! Made this tonight with some roasted broccoli and cauliflower, and rice.....very good marinade!! Marinated for about 3-4 hours. I did used sherry instead of marsala...that was my only change due to what I had on hand....will make again!!
