Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix marinade ingredients into glass dish
  • Add chicken breasts
  • Marinate for at least 1 hour or more in fridge
  • Take out of fridge and let get room temp at least 1/2 hour before grilling
  • Remove chicken from marinade
  • Grill over med heat, approximately 10 minutes on each side depending on how thick they are
  • Check for doneness prior to time (don't let overcook)

    Soooo delicious!! Made this tonight with some roasted broccoli and cauliflower, and rice.....very good marinade!! Marinated for about 3-4 hours. I did used sherry instead of marsala...that was my only change due to what I had on hand....will make again!!
