How to make it

  • For the BBQ sauce, put everything in a sauce pan and cook until the guava is dissolved. Set aside
  • Heat oven to 375 degrees
  • Meanwhile, boil the chicken wings for about 10-15 min. Season the water with a bit salt
  • Take out and drain to make sure there are no excessive water left on the wings
  • Place on pan and smother it with butter (This will give it that extra crisp and flavor)
  • Put in oven for about 5 min. and then baste the wings with the bbq sauce
  • Repeat and cook the wings for about 25+ min. until it is crisp, ooey and gooey
  • Enjoy!
