Low Carb cabbage salad

- 1 small head cabbage, sliced and shredded shopping list
- 1/2 red onion, sliced thinly shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted shopping list
- 1 cup of chopped dry roasted peanuts shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/4 cup of olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup of sesame oil shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons vinegar shopping list
- 1 package of top ramen chicken noodle seasoning shopping list
- dash of salt and fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon of fresh ground ginger shopping list
How to make it
- Chop and shred cabbage
- Slice red onion
- Add sesame seed and chopped peanuts.
- Mix well together.
- Mix dressing ingredients together well. Pour over salad and toss.
- This salad will keep for up to a week in the refrigerator.
- A great alternative to the common coleslaw.
