How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450F, line a deep roasting dish with parchment or foil.
  • Whisk together oregano, salt, pepper and vegetable broth.
  • Add cauliflower and garlic, toss to coat.
  • Spread in the dish in one layer.
  • Bake 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
