Orange Butter Recipe Blondeberry / All my dishes

I picked this one up at a Cape May B&B. This is delicious when used as a spread on bread, biscuits, muffins or pancakes. Be creative!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp X-sugar
  • rind of 1 orange
  • rind of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1 orange

Directions
  1. Combine all ot the ingredients; beat with an electric mixer until all of the orange juice is absorbed.
  2. Yield 2 cups.
