Easy. Delicious. Wonderful for lunches, brunches, a light supper. Creamy and perfectly spicy.

Ingredients
  • 1 eight ounce carton whipped cream cheese
  • 3-4 tablespoons chopped chutney
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped chicken
  • 5 butter croissants, cut them horizontally
  • Mayonnaise if needed to spread easily
  • May add also green chilies, alfalfa sprouts, water chesnuts, chopped walnuts, etc.

Directions
  1. In large bowl combine cream cheese, chutney and curry powder
  2. Mix well
  3. Add chicken, thoroughly combine
  4. Spread chicken mixture on bottom halves of croissants
  5. Top with other croissant half
