This dish was created to use some garden peppers as well as clean out the pantry. My husband liked it better than my regular recipe. I hope you enjoy it, too!

This sounds great, 3boys!

Excellent! Just did a pantry clearout myself and was surprised at what I created. Sometimes that can produce the best results. take care

Really nice,Thank-you
Kind Regards

This is delicious. The only thing I did differently was use chicken broth in place of the beer because I didn't have any. This makes a lot so plan to feed it to a large crowd or freeze some of it.

OMG.....3Boysmama...this is delicious!! Had it for dinner last night and lunch today, topped with shredded cheese and lite sour cream. A keeper...thanks for sharing!
