Salsa Verde Mia Recipe
This is a family favorite goes well with tortilla chips and i make chicken enchiladas suizas with it .enjoy

Ingredients
  • 7 tomatillos or can sub(1 cup store bought green salsa)
  • 4 alvocados
  • 3 jalapenos seeded
  • 3 sprigs of cilantro
  • 1 teas garlic powder or 3 cloves
  • 1 container of sour cream 16 oz use about 3/4ths of it
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Boil tomatillos,jalapenos and garlic if using fresh about 10 min til soft be sure to remove outer husk
  2. once boiled place all ingredients(except water) in blender pulse to desired consistancy add salt and pepper to taste

I love Mexican salsa that is not store bought. I saved this one.


Oh how wonderful sounding - love the idea of pureeing all the flavor together...gotta try this one soon!


I know this taste good...I make mine pretty much the same way with Avocado's...Yum.
