Ingredients

5 eggs

1 c. sugar

5 tbsp. water

1 tsp. vanilla

1 c. flour

1 tsp. baking soda

pinch of salt

powdered sugar

jelly of your choice

Directions

Beat together eggs, sugar, water, and vanilla.

Add flour, soda and salt.

Grease a jelly roll pan lined with wax paper.

Pour dough in pan.

Bake 25 minutes in a 350º F oven.

Empty pan onto a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Put on jelly and roll up while still warm.

Leave wrapped up until cool.
