Odessies Mothers Jelly Roll Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Beat together eggs, sugar, water, and vanilla.
  • Add flour, soda and salt.
  • Grease a jelly roll pan lined with wax paper.
  • Pour dough in pan.
  • Bake 25 minutes in a 350ยบ F oven.
  • Empty pan onto a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
  • Put on jelly and roll up while still warm.
  • Leave wrapped up until cool.
