Watermelon is quick and easy to digest and has great alkalizing and diuretic properties. Drinking watermelon juice helps in digestion, assimilation and elimination. Great for cleansing.
Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon shopping list
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Juice or use a blender to liquify. Strain if using a blender, if you desire. Do not rechill before drinking. Your stomach functions better when drinks are room temperature.

Yummmmmm! Watermelon served any way is heaven to me. Did you see my watermelon popsicle recipe? I have never seen a watermelon here on the Isle of Man. I can't wait to move back to the States.
