Avocado Chicken Dip Recipe

Made with smoked chicken and smoked chipotle, spicy and savory dip with chips

Ingredients
- 1 cup of finely chopped smoked chicken (leftovers I had) you can use rotisserie chicken if you want
- 1 ripe avocado, chopped, dressed with two tsp. of lemon juice
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup of white onion, chopped
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped, use 2 tsp of sauce too
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 tbsp of mayonnnaise
- 1/4 tsp of oregano
- 1/4 tsp of cumin
Directions
- Mix ingredients together and chill.
- Serve with favorite tortilla chip or with scooper sized Fritos.
