Crab Rangoons

- 1lb. wonton wrappers shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 8 oz crabmeat shopping list
- 1/4to1/2 tsp.cayenne pepper,or red pepper flakes shopping list
- 2-3Tbs. water shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except wonton wrappers. Place 1/2 to 1tsp crab mixture in corner of wonton and roll up on diagonal. Moisten tips of wonton wrappers with water to seal
- Place seam side down in 11/2 to 2" of hot oil and fry on one side till golden.Turn over and fry on other side till golden.
- Remove from oil and grain. serve with duck sauce if desired.
