Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a saucepan cook ground beef until about half done. Add 3/4 cup of water, chili powder to taste and 1/4 cup ketchup.
  • Cook until water is almost gone.
  • Taste to make sure the chile powder and the ketchup are in the right amount for your taste.
  • Place weiners in boiling water and cook about 5 minutes.
  • Place weiner on bun with mustard. Add Chile and onions.
  • ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
  • You shouldn't have to add ketchup if you have put enough in the chile.

    Hebrew National Hot Dogs are my FIRST choice when buying hot dogs. If I can't get those, the ONLY other brand I will buy are at the deli counter... "Boar's Head". Just like the "Hebrew National", they are clean, all high quality beef, and kosher.
