Pickled Peaches

- 1 gallon peaches, peeled and seeds removed shopping list
- 2 pounds brown sugar shopping list
- 1 pint vinegar shopping list
- 1 ounce cinnamon sticks shopping list
- 2 Tbsp whole cloves shopping list
How to make it
- Boil sugar, vinegar and cinnamon together for 5 minutes for syrup.
- Cook peaches in syrup, a few at a time, until tender.
- Put peaches in sterilized jars and cover with syrup.
- Process according to directions in a recent canning book.
