Avacado Tomato Salad

- 2 Ripe Haas Avacadoes shopping list
- 2 Large ripe tomatoes shopping list
- 3 fresh basil leaves - finely chopped shopping list
- 1 Fresh sprig of cilantro - finely chopped shopping list
- 3 TBS olive oil shopping list
- juice of half of a fresh lime. shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Remove skin and nut from avacado and dice into bite sized pieces.
- Remove core and dice tomatoes into bite sized pieces.
- Finely chop basil and cilantro.
- Add all to a bowl, add lime juice and combine with olive oil and salt to taste.
- Store in refrigerator for at least half an hour for flavors to combine.
- Enjoy!
- ***As suggested below: Add 10-12 (41-50 count) shrimp cut-up into bite sized pieces and 1/2 cup red onion for a more jazzier version of the great salad! Thanks so much for those great ideas, gbuttons! ~Laura ;D***
