Ingredients

How to make it

  • Remove skin and nut from avacado and dice into bite sized pieces.
  • Remove core and dice tomatoes into bite sized pieces.
  • Finely chop basil and cilantro.
  • Add all to a bowl, add lime juice and combine with olive oil and salt to taste.
  • Store in refrigerator for at least half an hour for flavors to combine.
  • Enjoy!
  • ***As suggested below: Add 10-12 (41-50 count) shrimp cut-up into bite sized pieces and 1/2 cup red onion for a more jazzier version of the great salad! Thanks so much for those great ideas, gbuttons! ~Laura ;D***

    Yup, I do this every season, too, but do add onion to it...green or sweet, generally. It's a great flavor combination...and the cilantro is a must! Nice recipe, thank you. :)
