- 1 lb. filet mignon, cut thin shopping list
- 1/4 lb. butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs. mushrooms, shitakes are great but not necessary shopping list
- Worcestershire to taste shopping list
- Burgundy wine shopping list
- garlic shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in pan with garlic.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and burgundy wine.
- Add mushrooms, sliced thin.
- In separate pan melt butter and garlic and cook the filet rare
- and add to sauce.
