Ingredients
- 1 lb. filet Mignon, cut thin
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 1/2 lbs. mushrooms, shitakes are great but not necessary
- Worcestershire to taste
- Burgundy wine
- Garlic
Directions
- Melt butter in pan with garlic.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and burgundy wine.
- Add mushrooms, sliced thin.
- In separate pan melt butter and garlic and cook the filet rare
- and add to sauce.
