Easy Chorizo Sausage And Pinto Bean Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces chorizo sausage
  • 1 cup sliced green onions with the tops
  • 1 cup canned diced New Mexican green chili
  • 6 cups canned pinto beans
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 teasp. salt
  • 1 TBSP. minced cilantro
  • 1 TBSP. crushed garlic

Directions
  1. saute the onions with the sausage until brown
  2. drain off the excess fat
  3. combine this mixture with the remaining ingredients in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish
  4. bake uncovered at 350' F for 30 minutes.

  7. heat is medium
