Easy Chorizo Sausage and Pinto Bean Casserole

- 6 ounces chorizo sausage shopping list
- 1 cup sliced green onions with the tops shopping list
- 1 cup canned diced New Mexican green chili shopping list
- 6 cups canned pinto beans shopping list
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes shopping list
- 1/4 teasp. salt shopping list
- 1 TBSP. minced cilantro shopping list
- 1 TBSP. crushed garlic shopping list
How to make it
- saute the onions with the sausage until brown
- drain off the excess fat
- combine this mixture with the remaining ingredients in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish
- bake uncovered at 350' F for 30 minutes.
