Tomato Cheese Appetizer Delights Recipe

Ingredients

2 packages crescent dinner roll dough

8 ounces cream cheese softened

1 cup salad dressing

1 package ranch salad dressing mix

3 cups chopped tomatoes

2 cups pepper jack cheese grated finely

Directions

Spread crescent rolls on cookie sheet and press together to make a flat crust.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

In medium bowl mix together cream cheese, salad dressing and ranch dressing mix.

Spread onto cooled crust then cover with tomatoes and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Place under broiler just long enough to melt cheese then remove.

Cool and cut into squares and refrigerate until serving.

Just for personal preference I would probably leave off the salad dressing and add my own seasoning to the cream cheese. But great recipe - at my next gathering . . .
