The Best Pinto Beans Ever

- 1 lb. Camellia pinto beans shopping list
- 12 cups water shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 3 strips crisp fried bacon shopping list
- 4 drops Tobasco Sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse and sort beans. Cover with water and boil gently for 15 minutes. Then start over with fresh water and let come to a boil. Saute' onion and garlic until wilted and add to beans. Cook for 1 hour and 45 minutes on medium heat. Add salt, pepper, Tobasco and crispy fried bacon and cook for another 15 minutes.

I do love pintos and its a big thing in my house. I have ate them cooked many ways but never your way.So I am eager to try them this way. Sounds delicious!
