Cookie Salad Recipe

Great for potlucks. I've made with sugar free and low fat ingredients and it's still good.

Ingredients
- 2 3 ounce packages vanilla instant pudding( I like pistachio)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 10 ounce tub cool whip
- 2 11 ounce cans mandarin oranges drained
- 1 20 ounce can pineapple chunks drained
- 1 package fudge stripe cookies crushed
Directions
- Mix pudding and buttermilk 2 minutes.
- Fold in cool whip.
- Fold in fruit.
- Fold in most of cookies
- Chill at least 1 hour.
- Sprinkle the rest of cookies on top.
- Serve

This is a great recipe, I got it when i lived in Minnesota! Has to have the buttermilk.
