How to make it

  • Open jar of cherries and dump out 3/4 of juice.
  • Add the booze to the cherries.
  • let sit at least overnight in fridge. best if made about 2-3 days before.
  • Note** If you use Everclear you might want to retain more cherry juice. Maybe 1/2 of it to 1/2 everclear.

    I do this to pineapple chunks in Malibu rum - love those fruits soaked in some good alcohol! This sounds great, too...will have to try at the next bbq - thanks!
