Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375. Rinse fish and pat dry. Place in baking dish(we prefer glass),sprinkle with greek seasoning and dill weed on both sides. Top each piece with a tsp sized pat of butter
  • Bake roughly 20 mins, depending on thickness of fish. For the final 5 mins, sprinkle each fillet with half the shreaded cheese. Turn oven to low broil so the cheese browns a bit. Serve with new potatoes with dill and vegetable of your choice.

I love cod fish and I'm lovin this recipe! I'm not sure if I can buy the greek seasoning in our little country town. I may have to order it online.

Yum! I bought some Greek seasoning a while back but hadn't used it much, but when I did, my husband just loved it - He will really like this fish recipe! Thanks!
