Ingredients
  • 2 cod fillets,6-8oz. each,(feel free to use whichever fish fillets you prefer)
  • 2tsp greek seasoning
  • 1/2tsp dill weed
  • 2tsp butter
  • 1/4-1/2c shreaded parmesan or romano cheese
  • 1/2 lemon,cut in wedges

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375. Rinse fish and pat dry. Place in baking dish(we prefer glass),sprinkle with greek seasoning and dill weed on both sides. Top each piece with a tsp sized pat of butter
  2. Bake roughly 20 mins, depending on thickness of fish. For the final 5 mins, sprinkle each fillet with half the shreaded cheese. Turn oven to low broil so the cheese browns a bit. Serve with new potatoes with dill and vegetable of your choice.

Yum! I bought some Greek seasoning a while back but hadn't used it much, but when I did, my husband just loved it - He will really like this fish recipe! Thanks!

I love cod fish and I'm lovin this recipe! I'm not sure if I can buy the greek seasoning in our little country town. I may have to order it online.
