Greek Seasoned Fish
From pleclare 15 years agoIngredients
- 2 cod fillets,6-8oz. each,(feel free to use whichever fish fillets you prefer) shopping list
- 2tsp greek seasoning shopping list
- 1/2tsp dill weed shopping list
- 2tsp butter shopping list
- 1/4-1/2c shreaded parmesan or romano cheese shopping list
- 1/2 lemon,cut in wedges shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375. Rinse fish and pat dry. Place in baking dish(we prefer glass),sprinkle with greek seasoning and dill weed on both sides. Top each piece with a tsp sized pat of butter
- Bake roughly 20 mins, depending on thickness of fish. For the final 5 mins, sprinkle each fillet with half the shreaded cheese. Turn oven to low broil so the cheese browns a bit. Serve with new potatoes with dill and vegetable of your choice.

I love cod fish and I'm lovin this recipe! I'm not sure if I can buy the greek seasoning in our little country town. I may have to order it online.
