Cheesey Oven Fried Zucchini Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut zucchini in half lengthwise.
  • Then cut each into 8 strips.
  • Combine breadcrumbs and cheese.
  • Dip zucchini in salad dressing
  • Roll in breadcrumbs
  • Place on a greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake in a preheated 475 oven for 5 minutes
  • TUrn and bake another 5 minutes or until zucchini is done
