Taco Joes Recipe
This is so quick and easy. It's a favorite my youngest son, the wanna be chef, likes to make. I'm writing the description but he posted the recipe. (now he's all full of himself, lol)

Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (1.25-ounce) packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 potato sandwich rolls

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef in large saute pan until meat is brown and no pink remains. Stir frequently and break up meat as it cooks.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and tomato sauce.
  3. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 4-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  5. Divide meat mixture between rolls.
  6. Top with your favorite taco stuffers
