Chocolate Peanut-butter Poundcake Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

1(16oz)frozen poundcake

8Tbs peanut butter

1c semi-sweet chocolate chips

2(3oz. each) pkgs. Chocolate pudding mix

3c chocolate milk

2Tbs chocolate syrup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Coat 11/2qt. baking dish with cooking spray.

Horizontally cut the frozen pouncake(thawed in half. Spread each half with 3Tbs peanut butter;cut into 2"x1" chunks. Place half in dish;top with 1/2c semi-sweet chocolate chips and remaining cake.

In bowl,whisk chocolate pudding mix and chocolate milk;pour over cake. Add 1/4c semi-sweet chocolate chips;cover with foil.

Bake 50 mins. Uncover,;add 1/4c semi-sweet chocolate chips . Bake 2-3 mins.Top with 2Tbs peanut butter and chocolate syrup. Vool on rack.
