Banana Boats

These are very easy to make and very tasty to boot.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pancake mix shopping list
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk shopping list
- 6 firm medium bananas shopping list
- vegetable oil shopping list
- powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 4 ingredients and stir until mixture is blended then set aside.
- Peel bananas and cut into 1-1/2" pieces then dip into batter.
- Drop coated pieces into hot oil and fry until golden brown turning once.
- Drain well on paper towels then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
