How to make it

  • Melt caramels, milk and butter on low hear to just boiling, stirring frequently.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • *****************
  • Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs by hand.
  • Add white chocolate and chocolate chips, then toffee pieces.
  • Mix all together, batter will be crumbly.
  • Put 3/4 of cake mixture in buttered 9 x 13 pan.
  • Reserve 1/4 of mixture for topping.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.
  • Cool 10 - 15 minutes.
  • Pour caramel mixture over top of cake mixture.
  • Sprinkle remaining cake mixture over top of all.
  • Bake 10 minutes longer.
  • Cool.
  • Run knife around edges to prevent sticking.
  • Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours, then cut into smaller pieces.
  • They are so rich you only need a small taste, but I never stop there!
  • Enjoy!
