- NOTE: I don't want to miss lead anyone the starter that is written down did not come with the recipe. I put these ingredients in a plastic bag and did what the recipe said and made a starter. shopping list

- For Starter: shopping list
- 1 gallon plastic bag shopping list
- 1 cup of plain plour shopping list
- 1 cup of sugar shopping list
- 1 cup of milk shopping list

- To make the start put all ingredients in the plastic gallon bag and squeeze the bag until all is mixed. shopping list

- If air gets in the bag, let it out! It is normal for the batter to thicken, bubble, and ferment. shopping list
How to make it
- Day 1: This is the day for receiving the batter, do nothing. (This is also the day you can start your own batter. After mixing let it rest the rest of the day).
- Day 2: Squeeze the bag.
- Day 3: Squeeze the bag.
- Day 4: Squeeze the bag.
- Day 5: Squeeze the bag.
- Day 6: Add 1 cup of plain flour, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of milk, and squeeze the bag.
- Day 7: Squeeze the bag.
- Day 8: Squeeze the bag.
- Day 9: Squeeze the bag.
- Day 10: Combine in a large bowl, the batter and 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of milk. Mix with a wooden spoon.
- Pour Three 1 cup starter in gallon size zip lock bags. Keep one starter for yourself and give the other two starters to your friends along with the instructions.

- To the remaining batter in the bowl add the following:
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 large box instant vanilla pudding (You also can use other flavors)
- Pour into 2 large, well greased, sugared and cinnamon loaf pans. You can sprinkle some extra cinnamon on top of batter. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.

- Optional: Add 1 cup of chopped pecans and/or 1/4 cup of raisins
