The Creamy peanut butter and the cream cheese just blends well . The chocolate minimorsals is a real surprise too ... Just sink your teeth in and you won't be able to resist this sinfully moist mayo cake which I prefer served at luke warm temp .

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 C flour , 1 C cocoa pwd , 2 1/4 tsp baking soda , 1 1/4 tsp baking pwd , 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp cinnamon pwd - sifted
  • 2 1/2 oz chocolate
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 1/4 C hot strong coffee
  • 1 C mayo ( real stuff and not the salad dressing or low fat one )
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 C or abit less sugar

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 C creamy peanut butter
  • 2/3 C cream
  • 1/4 c semisweet chocolate minimorsals

Directions
  1. Pre heat oven at 180 deg C .
  2. Grease 2 - 9 inch pans .
  3. ............................................
  4. Mocha :
  5. Simmer the milk and pour it over the chocolate along with the HOT coffee .
  6. Whisk until smooth .
  7. Set aside .
  8. ............................
  9. Beat the eggs , mayo , vanilla .
  10. Add the sugar slowly .
  11. Alternately add the mocha and dry ing .
  12. Beat until smooth and well mixed .
  13. Pour in 2 - 9 inch greased baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 mins .
  14. Leave it in the pan for awhile and turn it .
  15. Cool completely .

  17. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until soft . May take 2 mins .
  18. Add peanut butter and beat until just mixed .
  19. Whip the cream until soft peaks form .
  20. Add to the cream cheese and use rubber spatula to mix well.
  21. Set aside 1 C for frosting .
  22. Remaining add 1/4 c semisweet chocolate minimorsals .
  23. .............................................................
  24. Keep a layer of cake in a cake board ,
  25. Spread the filling with the minimorsals evenly .
  26. Keep the other layer of cake on top .
  27. Do the frosting .
  28. Chill until set .
