How to make it

  • In small bowl, beat together milk, butter, honey and eggs.
  • Set aside. In large bowl, stir together dry ingredients.
  • Add honey mixture.
  • Stir just enough to barely moisten flour.
  • Do no overmix.
  • Spoon batter into paper-lined or greased muffin pan cups.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Serve warm

    These were really good. I made them for us for yesterdays lunch with homemade mushroom soup. The honey is so much better than sugar. This will be in my recipe book for future Dobbins generations. Thanks.
