Braised Garlic And White Wine Chicken Recipe
This dish is a chicken dish that will become your familys fave. Easy and will go with anything such as mashed potatoes, brocolini and rolls. So simple

Ingredients
  • Eight pieces chicken with skin on and bone in
  • 40 cloves garlic (less if your not big on garlic)
  • 3-5 tablespoons EVOO
  • 1- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
  • 5 fresh sprigs thyme
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Trim excess fat from chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  2. lightly smash garlic cloves (keep whole as much as possible)
  3. heat 3 tablespoons EVOO and cook chicken on all sides until browned on all sided about 12 min ( work in two batches if pan not big enough, dont over crowd pan)
  4. remove chicken to plate and add 2 tablespoons oil and add the garlic stir until golden brown about 4 min
  5. add wine and thyme to pan bring to boil and add chicken and reduce heat to medium
  6. simmer chicken until cooked through about 20-30 min
  7. Season with salt and pepper
  8. Transfer Chicken to platter and spoon garlic and sauce over chicken
