Pasta dish

- 2 cups dry barilla wheat rotini (approximate amount) shopping list
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved shopping list
- 1 small yellow zuchinni, cut lengthwise ad then sliced shopping list
- 1 tbs capers shopping list
- 1 tbs chopped roasted red pepper ( I used the jar kind that taste tangy) shopping list
- 3 tbs olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp dry parsley shopping list
- 1 tbs margarine shopping list
- dash of red pepper flakes(optional) shopping list
- drizzle of olive oil shopping list
- more salt and pepper over the top to adjust the taste from the added pasta shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare pasta until al dente and drain
- meanwhile sautee tomatoes, zuchini, capers, and roasted red pepper in olive oil until zuchinni is tender (over low heat until pasta is done)
- season with salt and pepper
- stir in pasta and increase the heat slightly
- sprinkle parsley
- add margarine and dash of red pepper flakes if using
- drizzle a little olive oil over the top and stir to mix all the flavors
- season with extra salt and pepper to suit your taste
