I made a few variations and it came out great. I replaced the mushrooms with black olives since i am not a fan of mushrooms. I also replaced the ground turkey with ground pork, i have always preferred ground pork in my spaghetti sauce. I loved it and will make it again. This time i will swap the celery for diced tomatoes and see how it comes out. Thanks for the recipe!
