This sounds really yummy! We live on the coast now and get fresh shrimp whenever we can ~ how does this sound: substitute a pound of fresh, raw, jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, of course, for the salmon? Isn't that what creating in the kitchen is all about ~ taking a great recipe and making it your own? I have the shrimp and think I'm going to surprise my husband with this yummy looking recipe this weekend! Now, would someone tell me how to rate recipes? I can't find a link anywhere. Thanks ~ Blessings, deb
