Coconut and Pecan Cream Cheese Icing

- 1 package ( 8-ounces ) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1 TBSP. vanilla shopping list
- 6 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 - 3 TBSP. milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 can ( 3 1/2 ounces ) flaked coconut shopping list
How to make it
- beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in a large bowl until fluffy
- beat in powdered sugar and milk...mix until smooth.
- stir in Pecans and coconut
- spread between layers and on the top and sides of the cake
- cover and store in the refrigerator...
