Ingredients

1 measure dark creme de cacao, iced

1 measure apricot brandy, iced

1 measure cream

Directions

pour the ingredients, one at a time into a chilled tall cocktail glass

pour the layers slowly over the back of a spoon resting against the edge of the glass.

each layer should float on the top of the layer below it...
